STATISTISCHE BETRACHTUNGEN ZUM ENTGLEISUNGSPROBLEM

To compare the safety of different designs, their risk of failure should be determined. It is shown how the probability of derailment could be calculated. The probable development of the car stock and the influence of the type of joint on the transverse forces are indicated.
