PRACTICAL ISSUES RELATING TO ACCREDITATION AND CERTIFICATION (WITH DISCUSSION)
This paper discusses the practical issues relating to accreditation and certification. Also included are comparisons of variations in selected test methods for determining: coarse and fine aggregate gradation; specific gravity and absorption of coarse aggregate and fine aggregate; marshall bulk specific gravity; the resistance to plastic flow of bituminous mixtures using marshall apparatus; and maximum specific gravity.
