FLUID-STRUCTURE COUPLING KINETIC ANALYSIS OF PROPELLERS
A kinetic analysis of underwater propellers is performed by the wet mode method. The structure discretized with a 20-node iso- parametric element. By distributing the source and sink on the surface of the structure, the effect of fluid-structure coupling is considered using the Green function boundary integration method. It is shown that the numerical results are in good agreement with the experimental data.
