PORT MARIA: DAMEN SHIPYARDS DELIVER DAMEN STAN TUG 2909 TO JAMAICAN OWNERS

The PORT MARIA is a Damen Stan Tug 2909-type vessel built by Damen Shipyards, The Netherlands for the Port Authority of Jamaica. She features a large freeboard and a large bow height which make her highly suitable for duties in open sea conditions which prevail in the Caribbean area. The 308gt vessel has a bollard pull of 51 tonnes.
