INCREASING THE ATTRACTIVENESS OF LIGHT RAIL SYSTEMS
The author studies the different possibilities of immproving the attractiveness of light rail systems according to the type of passengers and gives examples of successful measures. These measures are made up of a complicated mix of safety and dependability, user friendliness, ease of use, comfort and affordability.
