THE USE OF STILL IMAGE TRANSMISSIONS AS AN NDT TOOL
This paper presents the findings of a research program by the New Jersey Department of Transportation, Bureau of Materials, Inspection Unit on the use of still image transmissions as a viable tool for the non-destructive inspection of newly fabricated and existing structures. The discussion is based upon the "Picasso" still image phone transmitter manufactured by AT&T.
