THE INTERNET: A TOOL FOR PUBLIC WORKS
The Internet has become a viable tool for public works professionals to improve communications and to better perform their jobs. Used by many government agencies, academicians, and students for years, the Internet is now being utilized by the business community. This article provides a description of the Internet and how it can be used by the public works profession.
