HOW TO REDUCE RECYCLED CONCRETE CRACKING
More than a decade ago, the Michigan Department of Transportation reconstructed several interstate highway projects using recycled concrete aggregate. They had two reasons for using RCA. Second, if not recycled, the old pavement would end up in a land fill -- a wasteful prospect.
