CAN THE EMPEROR'S NEW CLOTHES BE DIVIDED AMONG THE REGIONAL PRINCES?
KUNNEN DE KLEREN VAN DE KEIZER VERDEELD WORDEN OVER DE REGIONALE PRINSEN?
The idea that "transport regions" should have considerable influence on traffic and transport policies is seen to be still valid. A suggestion is made which parts of these policies can be defined and implemented at the regional level. The consequences for regional resesarch are described.
