THE LEVEL OF SERVICE AND THE QUALITY OBJECTIVES OF PUBLIC TRANSPORT IN THE CITY OF PORI

PORIN JOUKKOLIIKENTEEN PALVELUTASO- JA LAATUTAVOITTEET

The main purpose of the study is to establish the level of service and quality objectives for public transport in the city of Pori. The objectives will be used when public transport operators tender for service. Public transport is based on bus traffic in the city of Pori. Opinions of how to develop public transport were studied by a questionnaire that was sent to inhabitants, political authorities and bus operators. The theoretical part of the study is based on several studies of public transport.
