HAS THE U.S. OVERSOLD GPS?
While the U.S. is pushing for a speedy implementation of satellite navigation, the rest of the world is taking a more cautious approach. The author looks at the prospects for both GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) as well as the more traditional ground-based navigational aids.
