Details are given of the design and installation of a new system of joint filling, which contains long-lasting neoprene synthetic rubber keeping its characteristics under the most unsatisfactory conditions. It has a honeycomb structure which gives a high degree of lateral compressibility and ease of installation under partial compression. /TRRL/
