NEW DRILLSHIP FEATURES EXCEPTIONAL STABILITY

One of the oil industry's largest self-propelled drills ships has begun operations in Southeast Asia. This article offers the information on some of the vessel's unique equipment and features, which were modified-based on past experience-from conventional hardware. The new drillship is designed to drill to 30,000 ft in water depths to 1,000 ft.
