IS URBAN RAIL IN AMERICA'S FUTURE?
A look at 10 representative U.S. cities shows that major efforts are being made to revive rail transit systems, particularly in Los Angeles. The ten cities and their rail development plans studied are: Los Angeles, Detroit, Philadelphia, Boston, Chicago, Atlanta, Miami, and Denver, Baltimore, and Cleveland.
