LIFE CYCLE COSTING. A VENDOR'S PERSPECTIVE
There has been much written and discussed about life cycle costing from the point of view of the public sector agency that is considering purchasing or upgrading a new transportation system. This paper suggests that there are benefits to the private sector that will result in overall increases in quality and productivity of these new systems.
