AN EVALUATION OF PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE IN STORM WATER MANAGEMENT
Any individual, organization, municipality, county or state agency endeavoring to develop a storm water management plan or program must give thorough consideration to the practical applicability of storm water management. All advantages and disadvantages must be considered. It is intended that material presented herein will benefit those ready to accept the challenge of controlling urban storm water runoff.
