SIX MULTI-PURPOSE RO-RO'S FOR COMPAGNIE GENERALE MARITIME

One of a continuing series of articles in which the shipowner analyses the various alternatives open to him before finalising the design of a new vessel. It is particularly interesting in this issue where emphasis is placed on the current significance of Ro-Ro, to see how one of France's shipowners, Compagnie Generale Maritime has arrived at this new design for a series of six 20,000dwt multi-purpose Ro-Ro container, Cargo liners.
