CASE STUDY OF PUBLIC-PRIVATE FINANCING OF ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS IN FAIRFAX COUNTY, VIRGINIA
This paper presents a case study of public-private participation in roadway improvements that were identified in the master plan for Centreville, Virginia and which resulted in significant improvements in the roadnet in the area of Fairfax County, Virginia.
