ILAN TRIMARAN CONCEPT DEVELOPED FOR A VARIETY OF APPLICATIONS
ILAN VOYAGER, a 21.3m 5.5 prototype was developed in 1988 to demonstrate the advantages of the slender trimaran. The craft performed well and provided a comfortable ride at speeds of up to 28 knots with a main engine of just 180 kW. A range of motor trimaran vessels for various applications is currently under development. These vessels are developments of the ILAN VOYAGER prototype. The designs include a 40m high speed passenger vessel, a 36m dive charter vessels and a 30.5m long range cruising yacht.
