TOXIC SUBSTANCES IN THE ENVIRONMENT

This issue is concerned with the growing awareness and identification of toxic substances in the environment, and with the efforts made in the USA, Canada, Germany, France the USSR and Japan. Mention is made of the legislation in force in those countries and of the problem of air pollution caused by exhaust fumes. /TRRL/
