ADVICE NOTE ON TRAFFIC APPRAISAL IN URBAN AREAS

The purpose of the Department of Transport Advice Note on Traffic Appraisal in Urban Areas is to review the current status of urban traffic road assessment and to extend the general methods set out in the Traffic Appraisal Manual (TAM) to the urban setting.
