VARIABLE HOURS OF WORK AND THEIR IMPACT ON COMMUTER TRAVEL PATTERNS IN TORONTO
This paper reports the results of a small survey on the impact of flexible work hours on the hours actually worked in a number of firms in central Toronto. The several systems of flexible work hours being used in Toronto are described, and forecasts are made of the effects of flexible work hours and a system of staggered work hours on travel patterns in metropolitan Toronto. /TRRL/
