A DIGITAL ROAD LINK FOR DETERMINING QUICKEST ROUTES
A completely digital circuit is described for simulating the time-flow characteristics of one-way road links. The circuit offers increased accuracy, reliability, and the possibility of simulating larger networks compared with an analogue circuit described previously. /Author/ /TRRL/
