PENNDOT/MAUTC PARTNERSHIP PROJECT TASK 19: TRAFFIC ENGINEERING EDUCATION PLAN

This report presents a framework for Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) traffic engineering function to develop a complete training program. Specifically, the report describes what content is needed in the education plan, who should be targeted at different levels, how to disseminate the information, and a schedule for implementation.
