WYOMING'S COMPREHENSIVE REPORT ON TRAFFIC CRASHES 1994
This report provides statistical information on Wyoming traffic accidents in 1994. There were 14,227 traffic accidents in Wyoming in 1994. Of these, 130 were fatal accidents, 3,633 were injury accidents, and 10,464 were property damage only accidents. 144 persons were killed and 5,517 persons injured. The type of accident that occurred most often was motor vehicle vs. motor vehicle. Of the fatal accidents, 64 (49.2%) were alcohol involved. 1,216 accidents involved trucks, 26 involved school buses, and 233 involved motorcycles. The month in which most accidents occurred was November and the day of the week when most accidents occurred was Friday. The reported use of safety equipment (driver) was 71%.
