RISK FACTORS IN HIGH SPEED CRAFT OPERATIONS; A STUDY ON THE HONG KONG MACAU ROUTES

This paper reports on the results of three trial courses for navigators of high speed craft. It outlines the nature of problems research and the outcomes observed. Some of the remedial measures employed as well as some issues where adequate awareness by the navigator is required are discussed.
