SURVIVAL EQUIPMENT AFTER CORMORANT 'A'

The Cormorant Alpha helicopter disaster in March 1992 where only five passengers and one crew member survived has prompted manufacturers to revise lifejacket and immersion suit designs. Some of the new designs are described.
