REDUCED TURNAROUND TIME FOR PAPER CARGOES

A new design of internal gantry crane for a CASH (cassette aboard ship) vessel for shipping paper products has been developed. The design allows an 11 500 dwt forest products carrier to discharge and load in eight hours.
