FIRE-FIGHTING COMMUNICATIONS

Invariably when an emergency is investigated, much of the blame can often be apportioned to a lack of communication between the ship's personnel. Fire-fighting communications are reviewed in this article, including breathing apparatus communications, Diktron communications system and handheld radios.
