AUTOMATED SKID DATA SYSTEM

This report describes the automated data system developed by the Virginia Highway and Transportation Research Council for the collection, storage and retrieval of skid data collected during normal survey (inventory) skid testing. Included in this report is a description of the data files maintained for skid data and the computer programs developed to edit input data, maintain the data files, and provide skid data output listings.
