DESTRIERO: THE REALISATION OF A TECHNOLOGICAL CHALLENGE
The DESTRIERO High Speed Gas Turbine Vessel is one of the largest light-alloy ships ever built and with one of the highest concentrations of horsepower. It has all of the characteristics required to renew the original Atlantic Ocean-crossing Challenge, without stopping and re-fuelling, with a wide speed margin compared to the existing record.
