STRUCTURAL CALCULATION OF DECK WITH TWO-SIDE SYMMETRIC HOLES FOR A LARGE SHIP

Based on the investigation of the mechanics of deck structures with holes and without holes, with one-side hole and with two-side symmetric holes, a set of simplified reduction formulae is presented, by which the mechanical parameters can easily be determined providing that the experimental data of deck structure without hole and with one-side hole are known.
