AN ANALYTICAL MODEL FOR UNIAXIAL CYCLIC INELASTIC BEHAVIOR OF REINFORCED CONCRETE
This report presents an analytical model for uniaxial cyclic inelastic behavior of reinforced concrete. The model was synthesized from the analytical models for plain concrete and reinforcing steel. The parameters of the models were derived from extensive experimental data taken from the literaure. Cyclic experimental tests on plain concrete and steel involving large inelastic strains were simulated by the plain concrete and reinforcing steel models; the experimental analytical results showed close agreement. /Author/
