BUBBLE DYNAMICS IN DRAG REDUCING POLYMER SOLUTIONS
Experiments were carried out to study single bubble dynamics in stationary dilute polymer solutions. The collapse of a spark generated bubble was found to be little different from that in water. A theoretical analysis of single bubble dynamics in an infinite fluid was also made using the Oldroyd viscoelastic fluid model. (Author)
