SPECIAL GEARS FOR MINE WARFARE
The worldwide existence of mine combat boats is largely out-of-date. Many boats still being used date from the 2nd World War. Some nations have initiated developments and/or have applied prototypes. New technologies are being developed to bring mines to detonate from a larger distance. Because of this, new and very different requirements are made for propulsion concepts.
