LEGAL LIABILITIES OF A FAST FERRY CARRIER TO ITS PASSENGERS

A consideration of the Athens Convention relating to the Carriage of Passengers and their Luggage by Sea of 1974 and of the London Convention on Limitation of Liability for Maritime Claims of 1976. The talk deals mainly with the application of these conventions in the Law of the United Kingdom, the conventions, being international in character, have applications in those countries that have ratified them.
