AN AUTOMATIC MANOEUVRING SYSTEM IN BERTHING

An outline of an automatic manoeuvring system in berthing by means of tug boats is introduced. Planning of the berthing route, execution of control utilising predictive Fuzzy control method and a method for allocation of forces to each tug boat are proposed. The simulation results bear out the control system in principle.
