THE USE OF OFFICE COMPUTERS (PCS) BY THE VEB SHIPBROKERAGE AGENCY IN ROSTOCK

A brief description is given of the computer programs developed by the state shipbrokerage agency for use on East German types of small desk computer; these undertake various commercial tasks such as calculating harbour costs and freight rates, keeping accounts, and converting currencies.
