CRITICALITY ANALYSIS METHODOLOGY
This report definitizes criticality in numerical levels to enable the system designer to most effectively reduce criticality to the level consistent with factors such as economics, weight space, or whatever other limitations may exist. Relationships are developed between reliability, maintainability as they relate to demand and need to develop quantization of criticality indices. Fault trees, FMECA's are given as well as the steps and procedures in the development of an analysis. Included is a specification in the report to demonstrate the implementation of the criticality methodology to FAA procurements and equipments. (Author)
