This international bibliography includes abstracts of reports, conference papers, books and journal articles on the relationship between speed and road traffic accidents. Abstracts are included on the effect of reducing speed limits on various types of road, behavioural attitudes of speeding drivers, and ways in which drivers can be induced to drive more safely.
