THE INTER-OPERATOR ADS (T.I.S.) OF THE FRENCH TOLL MOTORWAY OPERATORS

This paper describes the main characteristics of the Inter-operator automatic debiting system called T.I.S. These include the systems architecture and method of data transmission.
