TOWBOAT MANOEUVRING SIMULATOR. VOL. I - USERS' GUIDE

This report is in microfiche form. The simulator consists of a mathematical description of the hydrodynamic response of an integrated river tow embodied in a computer program that runs continuously on a computer which is equipped with a control console and other input and output devices. This report describes the use of the simulator, provides a block diagram of the program flow, and presents sample input and output.
