SYSTEM PREDICTS VESSEL MOTIONS

A brief description is given of the HELM computerised system which will provide information on stability, motions, station-keeping, and risers to the operators of mobile drilling units or vessels of any shape or function. The system has been developed by Hoffman Maritime Consultants.
