THE UNITED KINGDOM APPROACH TO TEST DUMMY SPECIFICATION
The United Kingdom approach to test dummy specification is outlined and examples of the ways in which this design philosophy has been applied in the development of the O.P.A.T. Dummy are given. Comments referring both to specific points of construction and design and also to the content and timing of the amendment to chapter V of title 49 of code of federal regulations part 572 "test dummy specifications" proposed by N.H.T.S.A.
