RESEARCH AND APPLICATIONS OF HIGHWAY CAPACITY AND LEVEL OF SERVICE CANADA

Research in Canada into highway capacity and level of service date back approximately 25 years. Activities, although limited, have been significant and the findings incorporated into various publications and manuals. This Country Report summarises previous work and briefly describes activities undertaken since 1991. Future anticipated activities are also presented along with a list of names and addresses of the more current researchers and practitioners.
