CONSTRUCTION PRINCIPLES FOR AN ARTIFICIAL VISION SYSTEM FOR PREVENTING COLLISIONS OF RAILROAD VEHICLES
This paper formulates the technical requirements for a system. The construction methods are described, and the components are determined for a system to solve the problem of detecting and recognizing objects in the visible and near-IR regions.
