NRM APPLICATOR, VERSIE 1.0

This paper briefly describes the functional specifications of the 'APPLICATOR'. This tool is a part of the New Regional Model (NRM), and can be used to evaluate transport policy measures on a regional level. The four main activities that can be distinguished in the 'APPLICATOR' are: (1) import/export. This allows the exchange of information between the 'APPLICATOR' and other NRM, modules; (2) build scenario, which enables the user to specify his or her policy measures; (3) make calculations of the specified policy measures; and (4) presentation. This part enables the user to present the evaluation results of his of her policy. The paper also gives an impression of how the interaction between the user and the 'APPLICATOR' will be implemented.
