CALCULATED CARGO DENSITY FOR PROSPECTIVE TANKERS
Capacity is one of the most important characteristics of tankers. The correct selection of its value, or of the calculated density of the cargo transported, makes it possible to use cargo-carrying capacity to the maximum and increase tanker efficiency. It is shown how this optimal cargo capacity for prospective tankers can be calculated.
