RAUMA-REPOLA BUILDING LARGE CRUISE SHIPS
After experiencing a period in which it was difficult to find orders for suitable work, Finland's Rauma-Repola shipyard sees brighter prospects following the placement of orders by Delfin Cruises Limited, also of Finland, for two luxury cruise ships. The first of these, the DELFIN CLIPPER, is described. The 108m-long ship has accommodations for 300 passengers. It is intended for summer cruising in the archipelago between Finland and Sweden and winter cruising in the Mediterranean and Caribbean.
