THE INTEGRATION OF BRIDGE PROGRAMS
In this paper the present "State of the Art" in the application of the computer to bridge design is reviewed. The argument is advanced that a national system for the storage of bridge information, in computer terms, would greatly facilitate further progress. The necessary characteristics of such a system are considered and outlined proposals are put forward. The question of computer- produced drawings is considered. /Author/
